Using Marketstand
By creating a store on Marketstand, you agree to use the platform to sell legitimate products and services. You're responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, pricing, and for fulfilling orders you accept.
Payments
Payments are made directly from customers to merchants via mobile money or bank transfer, using a reference code to match payments to orders. Marketstand does not hold, process, or have access to customer or merchant funds at any point. It is the buyer's and seller's responsibility to confirm payment has been made and received.
Prohibited use
You may not use Marketstand to sell illegal goods or services, engage in fraud, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Marketstand after changes means you accept the updated terms.
